1. Who is responsible for the processing of my data?

2. What kind of data do you process?
You should know that there are two types of personal data:
a) Data that you provide us directly
Navigation through our website does not require prior registration. However, when you visit our website, our web servers store, as standard, information such as the IP address and the domain from which access is obtained, the date or time of the visit, etc.
On the other hand, certain functionalities of our website require that you provide additional information through the corresponding form (for example, to request personalised information about our products or to make inquiries about ABANCA or our services). 4. Who do you share my data with?
To be able to provide you with the best service and process the requests that you may make through the web, we could transfer the data obtained through the different forms to the companies of our economic group that in each case correspond to the purpose of the request. For example: if you request information about a pension plan, your data may be shared with Abanca Vida y Pensiones de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A. to process that request.
5. Is an international transfer planned?
Google Inc, a Delaware company, main office of which is located in 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States ("Google"), provides a web analytics service through the installation of different cookies in your device (Google Analytics). In case you have accepted our cookie policy, the information that this cookie generates (including your IP address) will be transmitted and filed by Google in its different servers. To guarantee the protection of your data, Google is attached to the Privacy Shield protected by our regulations.
6. How long do you keep my data?
Personal data will be kept exclusively for the time necessary to allow your browsing the website, analyse your browsing (only if you have accepted our cookies policy), process requests for products, services or information that, if applicable, you request through the web and maintain, develop and control the business relationships that may be established as a result of those requests. When they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, and unless you had consented to their conservation for a longer period of time, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, which implies its blockade: your data will be available only upon request of the Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Administrations, judges and courts during the lapsing limitation periods for legal actions that may derive (generally, 10 years for money laundering prevention and financing of the terrorism regulations, and up to 21 years for enforcement of the Civil Code and mortgage legislation). Once the blocking period has elapsed, the data will be completely deleted.
